Paul Hunt, Executive Coach, Certified MBSR Facilitator
Paul is an Executive Coach for high-performance CEO’s of small to mid-size businesses. Prior to that, he was the Founder of an international consulting firm which he subsequently sold to a large global company.
In 2010 Paul took a course titled Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help him more effectively respond to the stress in his role as a CEO. It was a game-changer in helping him enhance focus, reduce anxiety and increase his resilience.
After transitioning out of his role as a CEO, Paul undertook a 2-year process to become a Certified MBSR Facilitator under the tutelage of Dr. Patricia Rockman the Director of Education & Clinical Services at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies. Paul is passionate about helping people utilize mindfulness to achieve their full potential.
