Here is where you will find links to all of your weekly materials - readings, home practice logs, and guided audio meditations. You can look at them online or download them as you wish (you may have to download the guided meditations to properly listen to them). If you have any questions, please email Paul.

Silent Retreat,

Between Sessions 6 and 7 we have our Saturday retreat, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We start at 10:00 am. We aim to start on time - please log on by 9:55 am.
Please bring a packed lunch into the room where you are joining from.
We will be observing silence for the entire time.
